The provisions as to professional practice are the Rules of Conduct for Patent Attorneys (Federal Law Gazette I 1996, p. 557, amended by Federal Law Gazette I 2001, p. 3656) and the Codes of Conduct for Patent Attorneys (Monthly Journal of the German Patent Attorneys 1997, p. 243 et seq.).
